A server problem occurred while processing the refund transfer. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service????

Been trying to file but keep getting this error.  Anyone else having this issue?  Tried deducting from refund as well as using a credit card.  Called Turbotax but they had no clue either!

A server problem occurred while processing the refund transfer. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service????

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

I've tried all that and it still hasn't worked.  Called in and still no one seems to be able to help me fix this issue.

Please reach out to an agent, as they have more tools to assist you in troubleshooting.
