TurboTax online is not allowing me to select today as my Direct Debit date and any later days would incur late penalties. Please help.

TurboTax Online is stating that the Direct Debit date must be at least 1 day later than today, which would put it past the deadline.  Please advise how I can have it set up for today.

This is a known issue, they are working on currently.

In the meantime, if you need to pay your federal taxes due you can go to the IRS website directly

how can I then remove my direct debit information from turbo tax, so that if I am paying directly from IRS site, I am not charged twice
