A 1095-A form; for the health insurance premiums do I put the total of the monthly enrollment premiums, the amount I paid monthly or the tax credit amount applied to it?

My first time filing with a 1095-A form; and it doesn't specify if I put the entire annual premium total that I was covered for the year or do I add the tax credit that was applied annually. It seems a bit confusing at first especially with forms not used to getting.

In the 1095-A entry section you will enter the 1095-A exactly as it is written except if there is a zero ... if a box has a zero on the form then leave it blank in the program ...
