9885A is incomplete

Filed a 2022 1040 and just got letter from IRS saying 8995A is incomplete. I checked the pdf, the form was included. Parts I, II, III are blank. Part IV is populated. I have REIT dividends and Publicly Traded Partnership income. Should TT have populated something in addition to Part IV? Is the IRS wanting my K1s for some reason? Thank you for any hints.
