hello,  I need help filling out my 8962 form. Can someone email me about how to do this?

First of all, that needs to be placed in some context.   For what tax year?    Did you already file a 2019 return, failed to report a Form 1095-A, and have now received a 12C Letter from the IRS asking for a copy of your Form 1095-A and Form 8962?
