8915F still isn't available after over 2 months

Today is 3/21/24 and form 8915F still isn't available and the program still has "available soon" without a date.  When you get in touch with someone at Turbotax, they give you a date and then the date comes and goes with no form available.  (This has been going on since mid January.)  We have 3 1/2 weeks left until April 15 filing deadline.  When will the form be available?  This federal form is holding up the state taxes too due to not being able to have final numbers from my federal filing to apply to state filing.  Turbotax should refund at least part of the fees paid for holding up the forms for so long.

Form 8915-F does show as being available on the Form Availability List. However there are some software updates being implemented that have resulted in a delay. There will be two separate updates to the form. The first is anticipated on the 22nd and the second is anticipated on the 29th. After those dates, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return.
