8915-F availability keeps slipping

Why does the release date for form 8915-f keeping moving. It started at 2/2/23 and has now moved to 3/9/23. I called and was told it was because I live in Virginia...huh? I need this form to finish my taxes and it is the only form not available but was released by the IRS in January.

Form 8915-F is currently scheduled to be released for print and e-file on March 9, 2023. You can check the form's status utilizing the form look-up tool in our Help Article. If the form becomes available sooner than the currently published date, the tool will be updated to provide the new availability date.

Apologies, but you did not answer my question. I know TT claims it will be available 3/9...they also said it would be available 3/2, 2/23, 2/16, and 2/9. It slips a week each and every week so i expect on 3/7 TT to quietly announce that it will slip to 3/16. Before too long, my taxes will be late.

Can anyone tell the community what is the issue with releasing it. I already know that the IRS has to approve it but how many times have you submitted and how many times have they not accepted? Just looking for some transparency so I can continue being a TT customer.
