8453-PE Signature Date

How do I change the signature date of the taxpayer? I changed the WKS date but form 8453 remains with old date.

Form 8453 does not get filed with your tax return.  It's for your records only in most cases.  If you have a box checked on Form 8453, you do need to mail it along with the form indicated. Check your Filing Instructions. 

Try deleting the form and letting it re-populate.
