Hi there,

I had posted the 709 form to Department Of Treasury, IRS center, Internal Revenue Service Center, Kansas City, MO - 64999 via certified mail.  USPS Tracking only shows below. Does it mean it reached or it did not reach? How do I find out? Thank you!

That means they received your return; 64999 is a specially designated ZIP code.
