59.00 to file fed return and 40.00 for state for a total of 99.00. when i say to pay with credit card it states that it will charge 39.00??? is that a cc fee??

If you have already filed your tax return, open the File section and then proceed to the Review Your Order screen to see a breakdown of your charges.
