502 or 502 PIET for VA rental LLC

Hi there,

While doing the VA state it is asking it is giving option to select "Form502, PAss through entity return of inclome and return of non resident wothholding tax" and "Form 502 PIET ..."

I have a husband wife rental LCC. What option to select for my VA partnership return?

This question allows you to elect for the LLC to pay Virginia income tax on the LLC income on behalf of the members.
