5 digit PIN

TurboTax asks for a five digit PIN. The IRS provided me with a six digit PIN.

My efiling fails with an IND-181-01. The IRS is rejecting my submission because TurboTax doesn't allow me to enter the entire six digit PIN the IRS provided to me.

Intuit has already debited my checking for $25 state efiling. From my point of view, Intuit charged me for a service it wouldn't provide.

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
