401K Mega Backdoor Roths rollover question

Hello, my employer allows the 401K Mega Backdoor Roths rollover from Post-tax 401K to Roth 401K in the same plan.

In this case, should I answer yes or no  to ' Is this money rolled over to a designated Roth 401(k) or 403(b) account'?
