Sorry--it is too late to receive the stimulus check now.   The deadline to file a 2021 tax return to seek the recovery rebate credit for 2021 was on April 15,2025.

Are you saying that the IRS issued the stimulus to you and you did not receive it?  Form 3911 is used when the IRS issued a refund that was lost or stolen and you did not receive it.  It cannot be used to seek the stimulus money now if the IRS did not ever issue it to you in the first place.

Does your IRS online account show that the stimulus was issued to you?

If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
