The issue can also be with the state

it was a program glitch.

I found when I printed it out on paper, there's a partially filled form. 

I've been used to 'turbo tax' for so many years, but this is my first time doing that.

guess what, Now I'm on the IRS audit because multiple rejects!!!!

Thanks, Turbo tax, I will not ever use Turbo Tax anymore. 

you probably, reply, sorry that happened. However we have 'audit protection', so why don't you use it next time?
