Since we can't see your tax return or broker account info, I'm wondering where you're getting the Document ID to enter.
Normally, the Document ID would be on the saved PDF copy of your documents, and the ID would most likely be different for each account.

You can make a one-line entry for the totals for 1099-INT/DIV in those sections.

I am having the same issue importing my Raymond James Composite statement. The field in TT indicates it must be 11 characters (not spaces) but the field on the report is 10 alphanumeric characters. Any help would be appreciated.
You should be able to enter a Document ID that is less than the full amount of characters for that field. I imagine you've tried cut/past and manual entry and have disabled anti-virus programs.
When the browser window opens to Sign In to your broker account, try clicking on the icon in front of the URL and in Settings, choose 'Allow' for LAN.
