2024 Home & Business Will Not Run: Windows 11

I just get a message to send log data to Intuit, then nothing....

All the BS has been completed: system verifcation, specs verification, removed windows defender, latest microsoft update verified

2023 and 2022 run just fine

Why can't someone get me a straight answer? Of course on the night I want to do my taxes customer service is closed....

I cannot understand as have never had this problem in 10+ years of using turbo tax

Please help!
