There is no 1099 form for this sale. I am trying from Investment Income -> Stocks, Crypto... -> Add Investments > Skip Import.
If I select Stocks, Bonds... box, there is no option to say this sale does NOT have a 1099-B. All the following questions are very much driven as if I have a 1099-B. In one screen it says the details should exactly match with 1099-B. I went ahead and selected Long Term did not receive 1099-B form. At the end, there was one reminder asking me to send 1099-B to IRS!
If I select a box that says Land, there is no 1099-S. The form has fields such as State. There is no option to select "outside USA".

Here is how to report your investment sale for the foreign land in Turbo Tax online.
Thanks! I think the navigation is little different but I figured out. This also generated form 8949 which I was looking for.
I'm following you on the instructions for reporting land sale, but the drop down only includes the 50 US States. We had a sale of property in Puerto Rico (live in AZ). Turbo Tax gives an error since a state was not selected.
Are you reporting this in the Investment Income section? That should not ask for an address.
It sounds like you might be entering in the "Less Common Income" "Sale of Home" section.
Can you verify which section you are in?
