I am a long time user.  I ordered 2024 and got an email to do the download.  However it keeps asking me to download 2023.  I need 2024.  Help!

    When you sign onto your download account on this website, is the 2024 TurboTax program listed? - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

    No.  Just 2023.  I have a confirmation email with a link to download but only 2023 is shown.

    Then you will need to contact TurboTax support tomorrow for assistance since they are closed on Christmas day.

    Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
