2023 Return Rejected

I filed my 2023 return on time. However it was rejected because I did not have the AGI correct. I have returned to TurboTax to try to refile, however it will not allow me to refile electronically. When I look at previous years returns, it shows me 2023, it shows as rejected, but will not give me the option to print, download or refile. I am at a loss as to how to file my taxes from here. Does anyone have any idea? Please help!!!

    I know I need to print and mail, but there is no where in TurboTax for me to download or print. It does not show me that option for my 2023. It only shows as a rejected status. When I look at my 2022 return, it gives me the option but not my 2023.

    @Adam98

    To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

    Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

    On the Tax Home webpage -

    Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2023 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

    If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

    You can file the 2024 tax return without having filed the 2023 tax return.  You will need to enter a 0 (zero) for the 2023 AGI to e-file the 2024 return.
