2023 Federal Tax Form - Can i efile my 2023 1040 Form in 2025?

No, Oct 15, 2024 was the last day to e-file a 2023 return using TurboTax.   You will have to print and mail the return.   The address you need will be printed on the first page of your return - on the Filing Instructions page.
