2023 Federal Return Rejected

My federal return is rejected saying Form 8862 must be present in the return (IND-165-01) but Turbo Tax returns no errors when I check the return. Any Ideas?

If your Child Tax Credit was disallowed in the past and later restored, you'll need to complete Form 8862 in order to claim it on your tax return this year. 

1. Go to your Deductions & Credits and look for Child Tax Credit. 
2. Select "Update" and follow the instructions. 
3. When asked if you have ever received a letter or notice from the IRS stating that you must file Form 8862 to claim the Child Tax Credit, you must select "Yes," and you must complete Form 8862.
