I downloaded TT 2022 and could not transfer my 2021 return (despite TT2022 recognizing it). I suspect many people will have this issue. Spoke with two different support people who couldn’t resolve issue. Finally figured out the solution - I did steps 1 and 2 from this link:

After disabling the file share in Step 2, I re-enabled it and my TT 2021 file was working and transferred without issue - hope this solution helps someone!!!!
