2022 tax files gone after downloaded turbo tax and they disappeared from your computer

Going to try this again.

1. Downloaded Home and Business
2. Started a new return
3. Selected find last years return
4. Turbo Tax was unable to find 2022 return
5. Started Home and Business for 2022
6. No returns, No 2022 return. Opened 2022 return recently  and printed a form I wanted have available, saved, exited
7. Spent hours looking for 2022 TT tax files, PDF files. Could find all previous years but not 2022
8. Searched problems and found well documented cases of returns being lost,destroyed, erased by Turbo Tax forms update process that was still unresolved. Suggestions were only to go to IRS and download transcript.
9. This AM saw several posts about this problem, and suggestion that you might have more than one account and needed to use correct account to find previous years files.
10. Thought I would check to see if this was problem.

12. I did check for other accounts and only see one.
13. Still don't know what happened to 2022

BTW

1. The desktop Icon for the 2023 version of Turbo Tax installed yesterday is different, the Red Disk with the Check mark is inside a file folder. Unlike icons for previous years.
2. Did not know whether this had some significance.

Appreciate help, really want to exhaust possibilities to find my 2022 Return before I start a new one
