2022 Return

Nobody can help me at tech. So tired of calling and getting no help. Are there any real techs who can help me????

Yes. I have called tech support over 10 times. Nobody can seem to help. Each person is a supposed expert but, not really. I have restarted my return several times because the tech recommended it. Now I am still at the same place. NOTHING. Before I restarted the last time we were getting back over 5000 federal and nearly 2000 state. Then we redone it because my assets from my business did not transfer over. Finally got it to transfer and the return went to 0. Now it does not matter what we change it still says 0. At this point I am copying my current return and going to an expert. Seems this is the last year for using turbo tax.

You would think turbo tax would do anything to keep a long term customer. Not true. Nobody is really qualified to help. Sux.

I have spoken to over 15 supposed specialist and redone this return several times. I still get the same answer. Nobody can help me. I guess I am the only one in the United States that has had this problem since nobody knows how to fix it. This truly is horrible. Now I got to copy what I currently have and hopefully find a tax person on short notice to do my taxes this year. Thank you turbo tax for wasting several weeks of my time.

Been nearly two more weeks and nobody at TurboTax can repair their software issues. So I was just offered a refund. Funny. TurboTax kept me hanging for over a month and now I got to get a tax pro to do it. Good thing is i will never buy the products again. NEVER.
