2021 TT Business for MA - estimated tax payment form (M-2210F) incorrectly filled out

I'm using the 2021 Turbo Tax Business program for Windows (downloaded), with the Massachusetts state module.  The first estimated tax payment is misallocated to the second time period in the M-2210F form (Underpayment of Massachusetts Estimated Income Tax for Fiduciaries).  See screenshot below.  It should have been allocated to the first period. Please report this bug to the developers.

You can override the boxes and correct the amounts then go back to step by step and see if anything in the entry has changed. Run through the state program in step by step then return to forms mode and cancel the override. Hopefully this will get the  information to stick. 

Right click in the boxes and select override or data source to where you can override to begin this workaround.
