2021 TaxCaster Tax Calculator

In the 2021 TaxCaster Tax Calculator tool, one of the early questions it asks: "What were your 2021 federal withholdings?"

Does this only refer to income taxes withholdings or does it include social security and Medicare?

I don't see those other two asked about asked elsewhere and want to make sure (one way or the other) because the output of the calculator is naturally VERY different when I include or exclude those amounts.

Just the federal income tax withholding.   Not ss or medicare.
