2021 Tax filing

Savannah Greetings. I electronically filed my 2021 Taxes through Turbo tax and paid for the service but somehow the taxes never made it to either the Feds or State of Georgia. I can't find the documents on my computer and have tried every way I can think of to contact y'all with no success.

Can you help?
