2020 stimulus eligibility

I just filed my 2019 Federal tax return with Turbo Tax on 4/17/20. I would qualify for a stimulus check. But if they use my 2018 Federal tax return I do not qualify. I know checks came out before 4/17/20  and I would not get one since they would have used 2018. Will they get any type of notification that my 2019 now shows I qualify?

If your filed 2019 tax return income is below the maximum for an Economic Impact Payment (stimulus payment) you will be "on the list".

Stimulus payments are still being generated as the IRS receives eligible 2019 tax returns.  Use the "Get my Payment" button at this link under the section "Filers: Get Your Payment" to check on the status of your stimulus payment.

If your 2019 tax return didn't have a refund deposited to your bank account, use that same Get my Payment button at this link to provide the IRS with your banking information to get a direct deposit.
