2019 Taxes

While completing my 2020 taxes online with Turbotax Deluxe, it asks me a question that I'm not sure how to respond to. It asks me "did you, or someone on your behalf, file a 2019 tax return with the IRS last year?" The answers to choose from are: (1) We filed a return together (2) We each filed our own return (3) One or both of us didn't file a return. My wife and I filed our 2019 taxes by paper, and mailed them in to the IRS on January 29, 2021. We still haven't heard a thing from the IRS on whether they have approved them yet or not. Anyway, in the question it asks, it asks if we filed our 2019 taxes last year. We didn't, we filed them this year on January 29, 2021. So, I need some help deciding on whether to answer with #1 or #3. Does anybody have any ideas?

I realize you did not mail the 2019 return until this year, but the program would be leading to know whether there are 2019 tax return numbers you might need to enter.
