I've completed my tax return and printed everything for filing when I noticed that there is no 'Page 1' for my Schedule E. I double-checked for errors and there were none.
Am I supposed to manually print Page 1 and add it to my return, or is it acceptable to to submit it with 'Page 2' only?
Thanks.

No, you do not need to print a Schedule E page 1 if TurboTax did not include it in your return. Schedule E page 1 reports rental income and loss, so if you don't have a rental activity you don't need Schedule E page 1.

Thanks David! I guess this makes sense since all of the dollar amounts shown are 'zero'. This is related to stock (ETF) that I purchased.
I entered K1 trust income into interview part of turbo tax deluxe CD Download and Schedule 1 said to include Schedule E with return but the Schedule E does not print at all. I have tried printing tax return only, all forms and tax return for filing options and still no Schedule E.
Now I see page 2 of schedule E will print under forms but it does not print when trying any of the print options related to filing return (all forms, forms required for filing and tax return only).
@ron6612 The following FAQ provides insight into why some forms are missing upon attempting to print: Missing forms when printing tax return
