2019 tax information

Why doesn't my 2019 information from Turbo Tax show up for this year's return?  It all shows -0- and I've used Turbo Tax for years!

I download Turbotax to my desktop & it's in my TurboTax account, but I had the same problem. Customer service helped. If you changed the purchase from, say, CD to download; or on-line purchase, you could have a problem, but they should help. good luck! I know it's frustrating.
