2018 taxes

I purchased the home and business to complete my 2018 taxes and its trying to only let me do 2019

Then you are trying to use the wrong software.  Did you purchase Home and Business for 2018?  Each tax year has its own software.  You cannot use 2019 software to prepare a 2018 return.  And you cannot use the online program to prepare a 2018 return.  Online is only for 2019.   Are you making the mistake of logging on to online when you should be opening up the downloaded 2018 program on your own computer?  You do not "log on" to desktop software.

If you are using the downloaded program then open the tax file and save the PDF ... then open the PDF with any PDF reader to view/print the return.
