2018 taxes

I went on line to file my 2018 taxes AFTER I paid my 89.00 I was not able to file ONLINE! Thats the only reason why I did them through TurboTax. I want my money back today. I filed through the irs.gov for free.

You tried to use the online program for 2018? Online is only for 2019-- no other year. If you filed on another site, that is fine---but hope you used a 2018 program and not 2019.

use the word "billing" -- not refund
