Do you mean you filed your 2015 federal return using TurboTax? If you prepared and filed your federal return somewhere else you cannot use TurboTax now for the 2015 state return. TurboTax can only be used to prepare a state return if you already prepared the federal using TT--the information flows from the federal return to the state return.
A 2015 return cannot be e-filed. It must be printed, signed and mailed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
Another option would be to get the 2015 form from the state's tax web site and prepare it by hand and mail it in. You will need a copy of your federal return in front of you to do that.
