I must Amend my 2002 tax return. I did not keep the box for product key code - please assist me please - Thank you

You are required to amend a 2002 return?  That's highly unlikely.  I believe the IRS would have notified you long before 16 years had passed if an amended return was necessary.  And it's far too late to claim any additional refund, as there is a 3-year time frame to amend for a federal refund.

TurboTax no longer supports 2002 software, either.  I'm doubtful that you could find that program anywhere after this length of time.

Did you receive some kind of notice by mail?  Are you being asked to send money somewhere?  There are MANY scams out there right now.  Please clarify your post and someone will assist you if we can.
