I have two standard IRAs with xxx For one IRA, xxx ook out ~$1500 LESS than mda. In the other, Stifel took out ~$2500 MORE than mda. Do I need to take additional $$$ out of first IRA or does the overage mda in the second iIRA cover the shortage?

No, you do not need to take additional funds out of the first IRA since the amount taken from the second IRA covers the RMD for the first one.
An IRA owner must calculate the RMD separately for each IRA that he or she owns, but can withdraw the total amount from one or more of the IRAs (IRS).
Please follow these steps to enter the RMD:
For example, if you took $10,000 from one account to satisfy all of your RMD from different accounts then you select "The entire distribution was an RMD" and then on the next screen enter $10,000. Ignore the fact that the actual RMD for that specific account was less. For the second account, if you took 2,000 but the actual RMD was $3,500 then you select "The entire distribution was an RMD" and then on the next screen enter $2,000. Ignore the fact that the actual RMD for that specific account was more.
