Entered all my information for 1099R however I keep getting this error to fix asking me to fill out "Pension, Annuities and IRA worksheets TP: Part D, Line 2 must be entered"  I do not have any information for line 2 nor have we taken a lump sum distribution.  Don't understand how to fix this error.  We receive a monthly distribution from IRA account no lump sum distribution or conversion to Roth 401K.  Please help resolve.

It seems like the box on line D1 somehow got marked.  If you can't figure out how to unmark that box, I suggest deleting and reentering the Form 1099-R.
