1099R

My 2021 1099R has my state tax withholding shown in two separate lines in box 14.  The state is the same on each line which makes sense since I lived in the same state the entire year.  I tried entering them in TurboTax as two separate lines but after doing that the form is showing as not done.  Should I combine them into one entry?  Or, do they need to be reported separately?

Yes. Combine the two amounts if it is from the same state. All state withholding gets added together on your state return.

Great.  Seemed like that might be the logical way to do it.  Appreciate your confirmation of same.  Also, appreciate how quickly you responded.
