The section for entering a Form 1099-R has been available for almost two months. The Form 8915-E for a Covid-19 related withdrawal has been available for almost two weeks.
What TurboTax program are you using, the online web-based editions or the desktop software installed o a personal computer? If on a computer is it Windows or a Mac?
Is this a state you are waiting for?
Turbotax Premier on Windows desktop.
I have updated Turbotax every time I opened it up, and I still get that message
