HOW DO I DETERMINE If I HAVE TO INCLUDE 1099b to my returns?

The IRS requires a copy of Form 1099-B when you report your transactions by sales section totals, rather than reporting each one separately, and one of the following is the case:

• You've made adjustments to your investment income, or
• Your cost basis isn’t reported to the IRS
