My husband passed in 2020.  I am filing for 2021 as a first time single widow.  I received 1099-INT ($1500), 1099-DIV  ($70))and 1099-MISC (royalties $60)  with my dead husban SSN on it.  Can I include it on my return?

Yes, it is IRD (income in respect of a decedent).

FOR The 1099 MISC (Royalties for the book he published long time ago) Turbotax does not have any other way BUT TO ENTER IT AS MY INCOME , CANNOT CLICK "SPOUSE".  SHALL I ADD SOME EXPLANATION?

If you received the income (as IRD), then it is your income and it is reported as such.
