1099-R question

Hello,

I was entering my 1099-R provider's info into Turbo Tax, and it asked for the Payer's TIN. My 1099-R does not contain a box called "Payer's TIN." There is a box called "PAYER'S Federal ID #". Is "PAYER'S Federal ID #" the same thing as the Payer's TIN?
