1099-R has box 7 has Code 7

and the line between Line 7 and 8 says IRA/SEP/SIMPLE but there is no corresponding choice in the pull down menu in TurboTax 2020 Premier. What do I do?

Select 7 in Box 7 and check the IRA/SEP/Simple box.

You pick 7 non disability from the first drop down box.  There is no second code listed so skip that drop down.  Then you only check the little IRA box if it is checked on your 1099R.  It is just a checkmark (click in the little box).

Actually it might say 7 Normal.  This is from 2017 but might be similar
