I rolled a 401K to a Traditional IRA. I got a 1099-R and the distribution code is G. According to these steps here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/enter-ira-rollover/L4GNtaSAr_US_en_US?uid=ldt9hwk9 I should see a prompt "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion." But I never see that prompt.  Please show me what I am missing. Thanks!

The distribution type code on your Form 1099-R is "G" which indicates a direct rollover from a qualified plan, section 403(b) plan, or a governmental section 457(b) plan to an eligible retirement plan (another qualified plan, a section 403(b) plan, a governmental section 457(b) plan, or an IRA).  When code G is present, you aren't asked "...if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion."   That question is not necessary as Code G indicates a direct rollover.
