I'm currently unable to file my tax return. I was attempting to file a 1099-NEC for my spouse with a partial payer SSN, but upon reading this discussion: TurboTax refuses to accept the Payer's TIN from 1099-misc. Payer uses X's to hide the first five dig...
I removed the form and did as described. However, once I reached filing it asked for me to complete the previously partially filled (and removed) 1099-NEC form. It seems like the form was not properly removed and is now in a bugged state. I've even removed the entire item that this specific 1099-NEC was associated with I am still asked to fill in the 1099-NEC.
Is there any workaround or can support remove the incomplete form so I can file my taxes? I can't figure out any way on my end to remove it.

Resolved, figured out to how to get a specialist to call me, then after working through some different checks found the form could be removed manually under Tax Tools > Tools in the menu.
