1099-misc

I entered the figures for rents and other income from 1099-misc in rental income but these figures do not show up on the turbo tax 1040.

The numbers will be on Schedule E. 

Then they will flow to Schedule 1 Line 5

THEN they flow to your 1040 line 7a (but that line might include other entries as well)

The numbers are not on schedule E.  So therefore, they don't carry forward to Schedule 1.  When I look up in forms for 1099-misc - the figures I entered are there.  But they are no where else.

Did it go to schedule C instead?  Schedule C goes to schedule 1 line 12 Business Income.  Which gets added to 1040 line 6.

Or as Other Income?
