1099-MISC PA - How do I file?

I didn't meet the criteria for receiving one, but my brokerage issued one with other forms. I found the advice on how to enter it in federal, but how do I enter it in state?  PA. I entered the value (<$10) for federal, do I put that value for PA amount under miscellaneous income? $0 for PA withholding?

Yes, enter the same amount for your state (Pennsylvania) that you put for federal. If no state tax was withheld, put $0 for PA withholding, or just leave blank.
