1099 Misc but not self employed. Should go on personal income tax.
Can I finish under premier without having to upgrade to self employed which I am not?

1099 Misc but not self employed. Should go on personal income tax.
My husband got it from spreadshirt. Its for 12.40 non employee compensation. I just dont want to have to upgrade to self employment for 12 dollars. Can i get around it?

If you are only claiming the non-employee compensation (income), then you should be able to file in our Premier product. However, if you have expenses associated with the non-employee compensation that you would also like to claim and deduct, then you will need to upgrade to our Self-Employed product.
