1099-K for Gambling

Paypal has no way of knowing if they are gains or not, and this has my blood boiling.

It is the casino's responsibility to report taxable wins, not Paypal's and feels highly illegal - double taxation.

Something needs to be done about it and this heinous crime being committed by Paypal needs to be put to an end.
